Magellan Golf Course began as a golf school. This par-72 course was ranked 8th in Golf Digest’s Top New Private Courses in 1997 and is gorgeous with a stream meandering through it. It’s shorter than Ponce de Leon but the championship layout measures the back tees at 6,494 yards and just 4,877 yards from the forward tees. The natural setting is beautiful and the practice facilities are superb. Magellan offers a pro shop and snack bar/deli shop. Isabella Golf Course opened in 2000 is the 8th ranked Golf Course in North America. It’s a challenge for all level of golfers and distances at 7,061 yards from the back tees and 4,969 yards from the forward tee box. This awesome course was rated by Golf Digest Magazine as the sixth best new private course in the nation in 2001. The patio at the Columbus Grill Restaurant overlooks the 18th green and offers a magnificent view while enjoying food and drinks. Isabella II Golf Course coming soon. Granada Golf Course is the newest Golf course in the village, has a par-72, and  has a links style layout. Granada opened Labor Day 2004 and will  prove to be the most challenging of the golf courses. Tighter than Isabella, Granada will offer the most panoramic views available, as well as a variety of terrain. The Granada Course is located off Maderas Drive in the east end of Hot Springs Village. Diamante Country Club provides another golfing option as a private members-only club. Diamante was named the 4th best new private course in the nation by Golf Digest magazine in 1995 and continues to rank as one of the best in the state since. Offering several levels of membership, this private club is home to a championship course, beautiful homes and the 9,000 square foot clubhouse has a lounge, swimming pool, tennis courts and fine dining.
