The POA is the governing body of Hot Springs Village, and is responsible for the management and maintenance of all recreational amenities and municipal services. As a property owner in Hot Springs Village, and a member of the Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association (POA) your membership obligates you to a $384.00 per year assessment to be paid to the POA. Your member assessment may be paid according to one of the following payment plans either by check, credit card, or electronic bank draft:

Plan 1: Advance annual billing
January 1
No Water Meter – $450.24 / Water meter – $780.00
Plan 2: Advance quarterly billing
January 1, July 1
No Water Meter – $112.56 / Water meter – $195.00
Plan 4: Monthly coupons
No Water Meter – $37.52 / Water meter – $65.00

The assessments are due on the 1st of each month. If you wish to pay by electronic bank draft, contact the accounting department at (501) 922-5517. The POA will assume that you will pay the assessment monthly (Plan 4) and a package of payment coupons will be sent you shortly unless you notify the POA otherwise. The POA is your association. Super Senior
Super Seniors play with no greens fee at Coronado Golf Course on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cart and surcharge will be charged where appropriate.
 
To obtain a family rate card:
Property Owners may complete a form and obtain a photo ID card for their mother, father, son, daughter, grandchildren, and their current spouses, for a charge of $15.00 each.
A holder of a current year family ID card may renew for the next year for a fee of $8.00 upon presentation of current year photo ID and form completed by the property owner. Renewal may be made at the POA Administration Building or any golf course.
The family photo ID card is valid at all other Hot Springs Village recreation facilities. The card holder will be charged guest rates, unless otherwise approved and posted.
